1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. All you need to do is browse the categories on the left hand side find a Swimming Pool, Trampoline or other product you like, click on the more info button then click buy. You can then choose the quantity, check the price, continue shopping or if your happy with you're selection you can proceed to the checkout. You will then be directed to a secure page where you can enter your payment details and your delivery address.

You will receive a confirmation of order email and your products will be on their way.

2. What methods can I use to pay?
At the Bottom of the Garden are happy to select the following payment methods.
Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express and Paypal.

3. How much do I have to pay for delivery?
Delivery prices are simple :
If the Subtotal of your order amounts to less than £250
Delivery will be added to your basket.
If you live in the Mainland UK and order over £250 worth of Products then you will benefit from At the Bottom of the Gardens FREE DELIVERY

4. How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivery usually takes 3 Working Days. Please allow 5 working days for larger items e.g. Trampolines.

5. Do I need to open an account?
At the Bottom of the Garden does not require an account to be opened to order products.

6. Is shopping on your website safe?
At the Bottom of the Garden uses SecureMerchant card processing to process all online orders, this means that all of your credit card details and personnal information is safe.

7. What if I want to cancel an order?
As we believe in fast delivery we require all customers who wish to cancel there order to do so within 12 hours.

8. What if I need to return an item?
If you wish to return an Item you must do so within 7 days from receiving your order. All products must be left in original packaging unless faulty. The customer is required to pay the return shipping cost, We highly recommend signed for delivery. We will not be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post.

12. How long is the warranty?
Our pools are warrantied for 3 months and our pumps are warrantied for 12 months. All electrical products are warrantied for 12 months.
